The Korean word for mosquito is 모기 (moki).
Last night, I was massacred by mokis, which left dozens of bites from my shoulders to my toes--three were actually on the soles of my feet.
Tonight, I murdered forty-one mokis in my apartment. They're dead, but I'm still left with the itchy bites...
