So, I went around and rounded up these delivery food magnets from vacated apartments in my building. I put them on my fridge along with this note:

Poetic Justice
A few days ago, they showed my apartment to a potential renter. He ended up removing all of the magnets from my fridge (without asking) and throwing them away. He ended up choosing to rent the apartment for his daughter.
